Southern Living Tailgate Tour Kickoff
The Cobblestone Bread Co. Sandwich Truck was at it again, this time teaming up with foodies from Southern Living for the CBC and Southern Living Tailgate Tour. We kicked off the tour at the Georgia Wild Shrimp Festival over September 19-21 and just wrapped up our first stop on October 4 in Auburn, AL.
Southern Living’s Test Kitchen professionals were pitted against CBC’s Chef Nathan Lippy in an exhilarating “Sandwich Smackdown,” with live recipe demonstrations and a hilarious photo booth for festival attendees.
Southern Living Test Kitchen’s crew created buffalo chicken meatball sliders on Cobblestone Windy City Hot Dog Buns, while Chef Lippy served delicious chicken bruschetta with mozzarella and balsamic glaze on Cobblestone White Grinder Sub Rolls. In both cases, we thought the bread was the best part (not that we’re biased or anything).
Cobblestone Bread Co. was proud to be welcomed to both the Georgia Wild Shrimp Festival and Auburn football game this year. From dangerously delicious hot dog buns to perfect grinder sub rolls, all attendees were thrilled to learn (and taste) more about CBC, and to take home delicious Cobblestone Bread Co. bread, prizes and valuable coupons as well.
