Ingredients

- CBC Original White English Muffins
- 1/3
- pound sliced white cheddar
- 2
- pieces sliced smoked turkey
- 2
- tablespoons Musselman’s Apple Butter
- 6-8
- baby spinach leaves
- 1
- tablespoon unsalted butter
Directions
- On the bottom piece of each CBC English Muffin, add a few slices of cheese and then one slice of turkey. Add one tablespoon of Musselman’s Apple Butter over the top of the turkey, a few spinach leaves, and then a bit more cheese. Add top piece of English Muffin to each breakfast sandwich.
- Using a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, add the butter. Once the butter has melted, add the sandwiches and cook for 3-4 minutes and then flip, cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasty. Slice and serve hot.
