Ingredients
- 4
- Cobblestone Sesame Twist Hamburger Rolls
- 2
- Pounds Lean Ground Beef
- 2
- Tablespoon Sriracha
- 1/2
- Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2
- Cucumber, Julienne
- 1
- Cup Carrot, Julienne
- 1
- Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1/2
- Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 2
- Tablespoon Ponzu
- 1
- Cup Kimchi
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Add the ground beef, sriracha, 1/2 of the soy sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper to a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Once incorporated, form 4 burger patties.
- Using a grill or a sauté pan over medium high heat, cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until the burger patties are cooked to the desired doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, add the cucumber, carrot, sesame oil, sesame seeds, ponzu and remaining soy sauce to a mixing bowl and stir to coat all ingredients evenly.
- To plate, add a small drizzle of sriracha and a bit of kimchi on the bottom bun then place a burger patty over the top. Using a fork, scoop some of the cucumber slaw and allow some of the liquid to drain off, then add over top of the burger. Add the top bun, serve hot and enjoy!
